The Tomato Frog is an amphibian found in Madagascar. It's bright red skin warns predators that it is poisonous. If a predator does attack the tomato frog it releases a glue-like poison which it secretes in its skin. The warning given by its bright red skin serves as an adaptive advantage because it keeps some predators from trying to eat the frog. The poison it secretes keeps predators from trying to eat a second tomato frog if they ignored the first warning.
